iOS Access
To get started on an iOS device, open the App Store and search for the platform by name. Navigate to the official app page, tap the download button, and confirm the action using Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password. Once the installation is complete and the app icon appears, you can launch it to log in or create a new account.
Downloading via the App Store
Alternatively, you can access the platform through your mobile browser. Open the official website in Safari and tap the 'Share' button on the bottom menu. From the options, select 'Add to Home Screen' and confirm to create a shortcut. This will place an icon among your apps. Launching it from your home screen opens an adapted interface without the browser's address bar.

Android App Overview
The mobile app is designed for smartphones and tablets running Android 6.0 or higher. For stable performance, your device should have at least 2 GB of RAM and around 100 MB of free internal storage.
A proper installation requires an active internet connection via Wi-Fi or a mobile network. If you are installing through the official store, your device must also support standard Google services.
Installation via APK File
You can download the app directly from the official website. Visit the site, download the APK file, and save it to your device's internal memory. Before installing, you must enable the option to install apps from unknown sources in your Android security settings.
Once you grant this permission, open the downloaded file to start the automatic installation. This method is useful if the app is not available in your regional app store or if you need to manually update to a specific version.
Installation via Google Play
The alternative method is to use the official Google Play catalog. Search for the platform by name, select the correct app, and tap the install button to begin the download. The system will automatically check device compatibility and handle future updates for you.
This installation path also ensures proper integration with Android services and provides a streamlined update process when new versions are released.
